Site Rules

• Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
• Fires at campsites are prohibited. There is a big well-supervised campfire in the event area each night.
• Motorized all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and go-karts are prohibited.
• Entry into the site is controlled:
  • IDs will be checked at the registration booth.
  • Wrist bands are given out to those of drinking age and must be worn throughout the event. They will be checked by MASHOUT staff. Anyone without a wrist band will not be permitted to drink.
  • Alcohol is available at this event. Parents who choose to bring children must ensure their children do not imbibe.
• Please keep all roads on the property clear of vehicles, tents, and any other obstacles at all times.
• The lower camping area is for tent camping only. For those camping in this area, vehicles can only enter the area to unload camping gear. After unloading, vehicles must be parked in the general parking area on the upper portion of the property.
• The athletic field in the lower camping area is off limits for camping but can be used for athletic events, frisbee and kite flying, and other low-impact activities. No vehicles are allowed on this field at any time.
  
• The upper area is available for RV, trailer, and pop-up camping as well as tent camping for those who prefer to camp close to their vehicles. It is also the designated parking area for all vehicles on the site.
  
• Swimming in Evitt's Creek is at your own risk. The land owner has cleared the bank that leads to the water. At the far end is a swimming hole. The rest is more shallow. The rocks on the opposite side of the creek are off limits as it is unsafe to jump into the water from these rocks. Use of soap or other detergent products in the stream is strictly prohibited.
  
• Portable electrical generators are only permitted on a case by case basis. Approved generators may be operated only during the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Other restrictions may apply.
• Police your campsite for all trash and cigarette butts. Use the dumpster for non-recyclable trash. Try to recycle with bins, if available, or by carrying material home for recycling.
• Don’t vomit in the port o' pots or the permanent rest rooms. If you must vomit, please use a trash bag.
• Animals:
  • Pets are prohibited.
  • Wild animals are likely. Please secure food, trash, and personal belongings at all times but especially during evening hours when animals tend to be more active in the camping area. Never store food in your tent.
